I cannot say enough about Ashley. I was completely amazed by her quality of work and her ability to give such a thorough (and helpful) assessment of my manuscript. I have hired other editors in the past and none have compared. She is the best of the best.

Ashley Strosnider has been an incredible editor. Not only did she help me with grammar and style, she caught plot irregularities, dangling characters, and inconsistencies. She is easy to work with and her eye for story has made my novel so much better.

Ashley’s a truly exceptional copy editor, which was exactly what I needed for this project (oh boy, did I ever!) – and even better, she made many valuable contributions to the project that go far beyond what you’d traditionally expect. The basics were handled with brilliance, but Ashley didn’t stop there – she really immersed herself in understanding the messages I was trying to convey, so that she could suggest ways to present that content more clearly, vividly, and effectively to our targeted readers. Parts of that content were somewhat technical and complex, but Ashley has a gift for making even those kinds of passages clear and understandable. The quality of the finished product was much higher than I’d even thought possible, as a direct result of Ashley’s outstanding work. Sometimes authors and editors have a hard time getting on the same wavelength, and it can feel adversarial – with Ashley, the relationship was positive, energetic, and immensely productive from beginning to end. I would jump at the chance to hire Ashley as my first choice for any future editing job – and I plan to!
